For those struggling with stress, looking to quiet the mind, trying to figure out how to press pause on life and recharge, I will now be teaching a monthly workshop—the third Tuesday of every month—that focuses on slowing things down.
Indulge in some restorative or yin yoga. A slow flow that’s heavy on stretching. Breathing exercises or a new meditation technique. Each month’s workshop will end with yoga nidra, a restorative, guided meditation that will help you journey inward, allowing the chaos of the day to recede.
Workshops are $20, and are paid for separately from your usual class packages. Looking forward to seeing you there.
