Do you struggle with stress or burnout?
Do you toss and turn at night, unable to stop your mind from racing?
Do you sometimes find yourself feeling slightly homicidal when you’re behind the wheel of your car, or when an especially needy client calls, or when your wife calls you out for not cleaning the dishes, or when you spot your husband’s socks on the floor… AGAIN?
Yoga can help with that.
Perhaps you come to yoga because it’s enabled you to finally touch your toes, or because it’s helped you look smokin’ hot in your brand new skinny jeans, or because being able to stand on your head has proven to be a very popular party trick.
But yoga is about far more than mastering the physical poses. Yoga can heal on an emotional level as well.
At my 1.5 Hours to Inner Peace workshop, you’ll learn a variety of yogic tools you can use to bust stress, beat burnout, and calm the mind. Over the course of this workshop, you’ll be taught:
- breathing exercises that can help you press pause on a stressful day, even if you only have five minutes to spare.
- several restorative poses you can use to wind down before bed.
- meditation techniques you can practice at home, on line at the supermarket, or anywhere else you have time to spare.
And we’ll wrap it all up with a restorative, guided meditation that will help relax your body and mind.
